About us
Our primary concern is for the happiness and well-being of all our residents, who are looked upon as "one of the family". Each resident is treated as an individual, and is encouraged to exercise choice in all aspects of their care and daily life. Residents are encouraged to lead a lifestyle to suit them. We are mindful of the limitations that come with old age and adaptions are made to support each individual.
Each resident has their own care plan which is designed and regularly reviewed with them. Additional services such as hairdressing, chiropody, opticians and dentists visits are arranged to suit our residents.
Local GP's and district nurses regularly visit the home, to support the carefully chosen and trained care staff. Medication is safely administered by the staff, or residents may wish to self medicate.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) carry out regular inspections for all care homes. Click here to read our most recent report.
